What does the process look like?
The secret to a great session is to get to know each other beforehand.
01-Contact
Just fill out the quick contact form here. Include the session type, location, and any style you are going for.
And while social media handles are NOT mandatory, I'd love to have them to get a sense of your interests, your style, your personality, you know, YOU (but if not, no worries, that's cool too).
Either way, once you press send I do a happy dance because you reached out and the fun begins.
02-Planning
Almost immediately you'll receive email to let you know how excited I am you've reached out (imagine happy dance here) and a link to my Calendar so we can set up a time to have a quick "meet and greet" in person or via Zoom.
I know "meet and greet" sounds icky but it's nothing crazy, just 15-20 minutes so I can see your beautiful face, learn more about you, answer any questions you may have, make sure we are right for each other, and see how we can work together to make your vision a reality.
03-Booking
After the "meet and greet", you will receive an email with all details we've discussed (email is my main form of communication, this is mostly so I won't forget any juicy details and so I don't feel like a telemarketer).
Once a date has been chosen and everything is confirmed, you'll receive an invoice and agreement to finalize the booking.
Then you'll just read, sign the agreement and pay the 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your session date. Easy Peasy.
04-Pre-Session
Once booked, it's smooth sailing.
You’ll receive a detailed client guide with tips, recommendations and things to keep in mind while preparing for your session.
You'll pay the remainder of the invoice 7 days before the session.
I'll reach out 48 hours before your session, to say hello and go over any other last minute details.
And of course I’m always available if you have questions.
Session
Everyone will arrive a little early to ensure we are ready to go to make the most of your session time. Then it's go time. We will talk and laugh and wander around. I'll ask you about your day, take some pictures, we can even listen to some tunes so you can show off your dance moves if you want, it's all up to you.
What to expect after your Session...
Sneak Peek
I know how exciting it is to have your pictures taken and I know that you are eager to see them and share them with the world. So I will post 2-3 images from your session on my social media within 48 hours. So be on the lookout!
Proof Gallery
It will take up to 10 days to choose and color correct the photos from your session. You will receive an email once your files have been uploaded to your online proof gallery.
You will have 10 days to decide which photos are right for you. And after you let me know which ones, the magic begins.
Delivery
Final edits will be made, magic, sprinkles and pixie dust will be added in. And then normally within 2-4 weeks of your session date, you will receive a link to your final gallery where you can view and download your images.
